AGREED-UPON PROCEDURES REPORT (CSRS 4400)
The Accountant’s Report is required for financial services providers including credit unions, trust companies, insurance companies, pension plans, mortgage brokers, and real estate professionals according to BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA). Our firm holds expert knowledge in BCFSA and legislative requirements across different industries – especially in real estate sales, and brokerage industries – which ensures quality and efficiency when providing services and generating financial reports.
COMPILATION ENGAGEMENT REPORT (CSRS 4200)
The Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB) has replaced the old section 9200 with CSRS 4200, effective for fiscal periods ending on or after December 14, 2021.
Third-party – including banks, credit unions, and other lenders or shareholders of the corporation – might require the compilation engagement report. Our firm is more than prepared and fully experienced with the above change through employee training and early adaption with CSRS 4200.
