Nancy Jin, President
Nancy Jin, CPA, CGA graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Master’s degree major in Accounting. She has been a professional accountant for over 20 years.
Nancy used to work for Ernst & Young as an auditor of listing company. Her working experiences also includes senior financial consultant at Asia Business Consulting Co. Ltd and CFO at Sinocore Holdings Co. Ltd .
Nancy is proficient in taxation and accounting under Canadian and Chinese accounting systems. She is experienced in individual and business tax planning, as well as in business consulting, merger and acquisition, and public listing advisory. Her main practice area in our firm are Auditing and review financial statements; Tax consulting and tax planning; Business valuation; Management consulting for the merger and acquisition business.
Steve Shiau, Senior Manager
Steve is a Chartered Professional Accountant with BC and a member of the National Payroll Institute. He also holds a Washington State CPA license and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Steve has over 10 years of experience in Canadian accounting firms. He is proficient in personal income tax filing and planning in Canada, including information reporting related to foreign property and foreign affiliated companies, non-resident departure tax, non-resident property sales tax clearance, etc. He also has extensive experience in corporate tax planning, providing complete corporate tax planning and analysis in accounting, taxation and auditing.
Mindy Zhao, Senior Manager
Graduated from BCIT with a Diploma in Technology (Accounting & Technology) ，CPA Candidate
Mindy has many years of professional experience in local accounting and tax services. She brings her knowledge into individual tax optimizations including information reporting related to foreign property and foreign affiliated companies. With her solid accounting background, she can provide targeted optimization advice to enterprises in accounting, tax, and review/auditing.
Wendy Sun, Senior Manager
Bachelor of Finance, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Master of Political Economics, Academy of Social Sciences
Wendy is an experienced accountant, and she has been engaged in accounting work for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial statement preparation. She is also good at communicating with clients in Canadian individual income tax return, especially experience in overseas asset and overseas affiliates reporting.
Jacky Ji, Senior Accountant

Jacky has years of experience in personal tax, corporate tax, and full-cycle accounting for mid- and small-size businesses. He specializes in helping individual and corporate clients dealing with CRA tax audits and reviews, utilizing business operations to mitigate risks and improve management.
